Don't know dynanmics of filling 80' Harvey with grain, but have dug out a stuck unloader or 2. Is the unloader still available to you? I would reinstall it short-armed and try to re-establish a bridge in the silo/forage. What happened to the floors in both of ours is it came up where it attached to the trough cover plates of the unloader itself. The one silo I was able to reverse past the floor obstrction as mentioned above, the other involved a dig out tool to get a tunnel at the door large enough to get into the silo with a torch and cut off the obstruction. Not a lot of fun but taking side sheets off to dig-out with a hoe sounds like might be QUITE the project both physically and financially.
Over the course of the years we had to dig out our unloaders many times as Dad ALWAYS had to get every last second out of those expensive Harvey cutter chains. Your somewhat lucky that you're dealing with corn silage than haylage, as you'll find it much easier to dig. A dig-out isn't a fun job, but very doable.......

Good Luck!........The Dumb Farmer
