What would I do. Wonder why it is available. It would have to be better ground than what we have around here for me to think any further than that.
Look at the futures prices now. 180 dollars an acre is how many bushel at todays prices. Then run the numbers backwards, and dont forget insurance to insure the total cost of production. You get to keep whatever is left.
