I'd rather pay 180 for an 85 CSR highly tillable farm than 120 for some of the stuff you and I farm Dave. There are already some prime farms renting for $180 in our/your area, and if these futures prices hold, there will be some hill ground bringing 180 within 2 years.
300 acres to rent, what would you do?
