I believe that the simulated radar signal from the Raven receivers only comes out of one of the ports, but I can't remember which one off hand. Since you've tried port B and it didn't work, why not try port A? Raven has a cable that will allow you to tee into either port, so it's not like you'll be blocking it from the Envizio Plus.
