I called them and told them my issue and the guy told me to go to the tools menu and look for the log files and then he sat there and said about two suggestions over an hours time and i got tired of waiting and hung up. He seemed very preoccupied with sometihng else and i was very annoyed. I guess i will just write them off as lost.
