They charge by the seperator hour, 200 hour minimum. Machine has always come on time. They no longer have heads to rent, must have your own. I think the cost on a 9760STS is approximately $170 per hour. Machine at most will be 3 years old. They pay for all repairs (unless its your own fault). We have had good experiences with them.
