MID-MISSOURI | Have a JD 8430 with Greenstar 2600 and StarFire iTC with an active SF 2 Subscription. Have attached a Case IH 1200 planter with the AFS 600 Pro color display. The IH Tech has updated the 600 with the latest software. We connected the two systems with the PF90363 RS232 Harness. It was already installed as it has been used to control a Raven 440 and had worked fine for that. We have setup both systems like described in previous posts; which, also corresponds to what info we get from IH and Deere. BUT, we don't get any GPS readings in the 600 from the StarFire. When everything fires up we get a pop-up on the 600 saying that there is a lost connection with GPS Receiver. Reconnect to continue getting correction signal. (don't quote me on the exact wording but that is close). No matter how we hook things up or change settings the system responds the same.
Just curious if anyone has seen this configuration actually work?
Any input on this would be greatly appreciated!!
