Subject: Classified customer will not pay for parts?

I have never had this problem before. I sold some planter parts on ag talk and I sent them UPS. We had agreed on a price and he said he put the check in the mail. It has been almost a month and I have not received payment yet. He will not return calls texts or emails anymore.
