The most straightforward way is to get the serial port from the 19 pin AUX connector. Cable 62609 pins out all the connections, and cable 63076 to access the serial port on 62609. Since this is a complicated cable with lots of connections it is a bit expensive.

alternatively, you can use cable 53571 (get one from your dealer) to split the GPS port to radio in and RTCM out. With version 3.00 firmware on EZ-Guide 500 go to Guidance configure and turn ON Advanced User Configuration. Then go to System Configure and program the serial port to Input DCOL (the abbreviation for CMR packets from the radio) and output NMEA.
