I've got an EZ Guide Plus that will not lock on to satelites. It just keeps searching. Every once in a while it will lock on to one, but only for a few seconds, then it goes back to searching. Should updating it help or is the problem in my antenna? It was updated last summer and it didn't help, but I don't know how current the updates were in the guy's laptop that did it.
