SW KS, near Dodge City | I've seen these terms on here a lot, and I should probably know & understand them, but what's the difference b/w a serial cable and a null modem cable?
Also some examples of situations that the different types of cables would be used in would be helpful. IE: Serial cable used when you need to power a device, null modem when it's just a pipeline for info etc... (I have no idea if that's right, but that's just an example that popped into my head.) | |
