Litchfield MN. | Thats interesting. Maybe its a settings issue or an Outback issue. Like I said we went with the hyd. steering kit and still had to do a lot of fine tuning to get it running good. We too have the antena just in front of the front axel, that helped alot. It wasnt so much a sidehill issue , we had to do a lot of setting to eliminate a slight wonder that it had. I dont think we could have fine tuned it enough with a steering wheel assist system. Maybe its the Outback system, havent tried anything else. Our 8870 has more hours on it than yours but the steering isnt worn out, even planting with it manually it is harder to keep on line than a non super-steer. Love the tractor otherwise. Maybe we have an unusual one but thats been our experence. | |
