We've used the tin foil trick........don't need it when it's hot like this. We've had our Holland at the farm since '95. We had to put a new bottom pan under it about three years ago. Being able to walk away is the best part. At 11:30 one of us can go light it, throw some burgers on fifteen minutes later are done about ten after twelve. I suppose you have a stainless model eh? Still hard to beat an old Weber charcoal grill for those weekends when you have nothing to do but sit around it and enjoy a few "beverages".
