Subject: maximizer combines a/c woes............

Find a pair of vice grips. Clamp one of the heater hoses on the outside of the cab to the right of the cab under the gull wing. Be ready to get froze out when the sun goes down. Then when you have spare time put in a valve so you can shut off the heater hose fluid from cycling through the the cab. That kills the a/c action quicker than anything.

works in front of the shop because the engine isn't working wide open. Once you get that engine to operating temp and on a 100 degree day the a/c in those machines without the antifreeze stopped from moving through the cab makes that a/c. unit fairly worthless.

Trying to remember as it's been some time since I had the buddy seat out in mine but I was thinking they either shared the same core for heat and ac or one was stacked right on top of the other.

At any rate, do that, not saying it can't be something else but this was the biggest problem for me.

Hardest problems most always have the simplest solutions.
