I did a side by side like ray did as well and both my continuous till and my non cropped soil fell apart....FAST. There was a moisture difference however. The stuff from the field was moist and stored in ziploc bags while the non cropped sample was air dried. Suppose that is why it fell apart just as quickly as the tilled stuff?
