Subject: Tuesday's Report - Carry Numbers?

This excerpt was taken from another site:

"At the close of trading: 3/7/08"
Not a good day for the markets. One trader summarizes it like this: The equity market is selling off sharply again today, following yesterday's steep break. This added additional pressure to the grains today as there is a growing fear of a recession, which could slow demand for grain, especially if the recession spreads beyond US borders, as the market fears. Here are the trade ideas for the USDA supply/demand report Tuesday: ending stocks are guessed at 263 million bushels for wheat, 1.435 billion for corn and 154 million for beans. "

CORRECTION: Thanks to SWIZ below, I re-read the estimates on the other site, and the poster had the corn carry number incorrectly written. He had the value in the 1.3 range, whereas it should have been 1.438 from the Feb report. This would show a drop in all stocks. Anyone think there could be a surprise the other way?

Thanks SWIZ!!!!!
