The NH equivalent will give you twice the tractor at $10K less in my neck of the woods. The 5400 is a very light tractor compared to NH. NH 3pt lift capacity, for example was well over twice JD. I like NH TL series, personally. They are very heavily built (built for tillage in Europe) and ours have been rock solid. JMHO
