The case of switching from split planting to single variety in the same field would create two separate maps/summaries which may not be desirable.
Actually, in my situation I don't think having 2 seperate maps will be a problem. I will be importing the data into EasiSuites and ES will put them back together into one field operation with 2 regions. I will not be harvesting with the Insight, so having 2 maps in the InSight makes no difference. I will create my variety maps in ES and will do my split planter analysis there. So, I think starting a new op region will be the way to go.
