I've had luck removing the sunvisor and mounting the ram mount in the holes left. If I remember right you have to drill out the holes on the ram mount to get them to line up, but there's a lot on the ram mount to choose from. I've done a number of these and customers are happy with them there, just have to glance up, and double as a sunvisor. Sorry I don't have pictures.
