Why do people feel the need to constantly bash organic? If you don't want to do it, don't. There, wasn't that easy?

In some cases, there is definitely money to be made by going organic. For instance, I have some ground, that for other reasons, is coming up on two years without any chemicals or fertilizers. It will probably be fallowed anyway this year. So that will make three, and I can certify it. I happen to know of some specialty organic crops that are offering a very good premium right now. It goes against everything I believe in, but I might do it for a year or few. Why not? If people want to pay more for something I think is silly, who cares? I'm in this to profit, not make a political statement.
