Nice installation!

Out of interest, here's how the professional geodetic people do base stations. Note the thickness of the pole. This is to avoid the sun heating up the pole on one side and warping it during the day. The antenna is a serious 'choke ring' version to stop multipath problems. The dome stops birds and ice building up.

This is mostly overkill for farming but it gives you the idea that to get inch accuracy, your GNSS antenna cannot move. I have seen farmers concrete in 8" well casing and fill it with concrete with a 5/8" bolt embedded. This is low cost and very stable.

One more note for DIY installers. Make sure you have a pro RF guy calculate your cable loss to make sure your radio antenna isn't too far from your transmitter equipment. Most problems with installs occur because the cable runs are too long and not low-loss.
