Texas/New Mexico Stateline | I know some folks will probably disagree, but I think Dodge vehicles from late 1990s to the mid 2000s were some of the best domestic vehicles for the money at that time. We have had 3-4 different vehicles, (stratus, two half tonners, 1 ton pickups) and our extended family has has 2-3 of those vintages and they have all been extremely reliable and well built.
We just bought a 2004 Grand Caravan with over 100000 miles for a fraction of new cost, and it rides and drives and looks brand new.
Brother in law has an early 2000s Durango with something like 280k miles, and it drives and rides like a new one. |
