SE South Dakota | Last 220 motor that I had to reverse the rotation switched the 5 and 8 wires, I think. On the plate on the motor it should have wiring diagrams for high voltage, 220 and low voltage 110. Just wire it to low voltage for sure and plug it in. If it still pops the breaker, suppose there is something amiss with the motor.
It usually pretty simple if all the wires have the numbers readable. | |
