Western Ohio | Looked at come Summer calves today that were out of Longhorn cows bred to a Charolais bull.
Will these calves grow out and grade or no?
They are hooves, hide, and horns not much else gonna guess them at 450-500 lb range hard to tell as they are all hide and bones.
What would they be worth? Not worked and gonna have to deal with some decent sized horns.
Want to grab them now background for a while and use them to help keep up with the extra spring grass then take them to feedlot in say late June.
Never had any of these before am I gonna be alright or looking for trouble?
