My thoughts are,your in Iowa,the trans guys are in Arizona,the engine guys are in Jersey,what if you have a problem. Does either company have a local rep who will take care of your problem if things go bad ?? If you deal with a local engine/trans rebuilder,he should be within easy driving distance if you have a problem.
This is not buying a $20 widget off Ebay,this involves near $3,000.
Anybody ever bought a reman engine/ trans off ebay?
