Remsen, IA | Sorry you are having trouble and I'm sure it is very frustrating.
Personally the variety locator on the 2600 has been working fine for me. Both at planting at when I come back at harvest. And like Ray said, any time I've needed Stellar Support they have been there to talk to and if the first person couldn't get it they found someone who could help.
Sounds like you are pretty frustrated with it so maybe trading for an Insight might be the best way for you to get a frest start at this point. But, there is hope for the GS2.
