Subject: Samsung cameraphone question

Star Prairie, WI
Hi all,

Got a new phone recently, a Samsung SGH-T309 cameraphone.

It works well as a phone, the camera is OK, but must have a SLOW shutter speed, because you almost need to be rested on something to not get some blurring.

What is aggravating me is the phone button on the outside of the phone. If it is held in for a couple of seconds, it will activate the camera, even while flipped shut. After a bad experience with a clip on phone holder (that's why I have this phone now), I keep my phone in my pocket. Trouble is, any other items in the same pocket set the camera to clicking pictures, and before I know it, I have tons of pics of the inside of a pocket!

I've searched around trying to find a way to deactivate this button with no luck yet. Anyone here have a way to do it?

Thanks,

Steve
