Skinhead, No offense but a steel building will sink too. Seems like the footings were not good enough, or something is breaking/falling appart. I think you will have to add/replace posts, use bigger footings 30 inches square or more, and maybe closer together? I might give the original builder a call, that shouldn't be happening to a building that new.
