The older chemistry of Banvel had lots of volatilization issues at warmer temperatures.  The heavier molecule in Clarity doesn't move much.  I've seen a lot of Clarity applied immediately adjacent to soybeans w/o any trouble.  Of course, you still have to be mindful of physical drift.
