Only safe way to do it is with the wind blowing away from the soybean field.  Soybeans are extremely sensitive to dicamba. Altho if hit not too hard, I think it won't affect yield. It might even increase your yield if you're lucky. Still, too dangerous to try.  I always say that if you can smell the dicamba in your soybean field, then they will be affected.
