Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | I rent an older machine shed from my neighbor. I pay $1100/yr. It is 60 x 60 with side walls high enough for my combine. My shed at home is not high enough. The majority of it is has a concrete floor.
I don't know if this is high or low. I hate to pay out the $1100, but it is right next door. I am planning on building a machine shed on my own place but between the added cost of insurance, increased property tax, upkeep etc., I'm probably better off continuing to rent from him. |
What to pay for machine shed storage???
