Leeds, North Dakota | Allen, try updating to windows 8 its free, you will be asked to update to windows 11 that's what I am running no issues, couple other things what browser are you using? I use Microsoft and google, would look at settings between wifes, computer and yours, darn frustrating, I have two towers one worked fine, the one I am typing on would p;;s me off same snit. Finally decided lets update to newer windows, was still having issues, had computer backed up, finally had enough boot disk and started all over, this is last resort, see if you can update, you won't lose anything, Scott. | |
