downloaded all updates I had nothing has helped, funny thing though I go to my wife's laptop she's on windows 7 and it works fine, her's is updated as well, must be something with my computer all we can figure out but very aggreviating! ended up going back to windows 7 due to not helping anything on all the windows updates
