| I think Mark came up with the "padding" and in that only used it as a example of a practice that would be unethical. He never said you did it, nor did I. See how simple it is to make a statement based on what you think is right that turns out to be wrong?
What I did say is you have a pattern (not a one time thing) of making statements that are undermining your employer. And that is the truth. You openly confirm that now. If I see it from a few post on a forum how do you think you come across to someone that sees and talks to you more often?
Negative energy, no matter how you spin it, is not good for any business.
