So what is so wrong with JHEnt telling it like it is? I see nothing wrong with it. The above poster wanted a "reason" on why a NH part cost more than a CIH part and JHEnt gave a answer. I though this is what this fourm is for? And most small dealer managers are owners, not employees. That is probably why he is a employee not a manager. And why do we accuse this guy of "padding hours", just because he voiced his oppinion on a $5 misc. shop charge? I know, in your mind the shop rate is too expensive because you are paying for all the employees who are "padding hours" yet a $5 b.s. charge is OK?
