Is the following correct?

Engines built before 2007

Cannot burn the new Ultra-low sulfur diesel fuel without additives, such as soy oil.

Engines built in 2007 and after

Required to burn the fuel that can be gotten at the pumps after Sept 1, 2006 (for suppliers......retailers 10/15/06)

I assume they can also burn the soy-based fuels...........with the same ratio of mix which could be used by the pre-07 engines.

 Correct??
