Subject: RE: resistant waterhemp

Southern Illinois

The first 2 seasons of weed test plots at Columbia to have shown "possible" glyphosate resistance were reported in a SE Mo (MidAmerica Farmer Grower, from perryville, MO) paper back about 2-3 years ago now.

Farm next door has a good population of it now. Guy who rented it ran pure RR beans since it came out with no residual or herb rotation. He also averaged 4 applications on early beans and 3 on late/double crop the last few years.
