Looks like either Brown Stem Rot or Sudden Death Syndrome. Veins stay green, tissue in the middle dies. (Interveinal chlorosis/necrosis). If it's SDS, the stem that you see in the link from ISU will be pure white inside instead of brown. This is earlier than it usually shows up "here" too, but those beans appear to be more mature than here.
