Yes, I agree it would take less power to run a leg but the cost of the system was the deciding factor. A little over $20,000 for the air sytem compared to over $110,000 for the leg. We are only needing to move the dry corn from the dryer. We have a 13" x 94' Buehler auger to fill a 22,000 bu. wet holding bin.
