We are just setting a dollar amount for the bonus. If the farm is profitable then they get it(provided it does not put us in the red) if it isnt then they dont. This is a farm by farm deal. Not the operation as a whole.
Not to criticize, but what evidence do you need to show the land owner of profitability? In other words, couldn't you "cook" the books to show whatever you wanted? |
