If you are growing wheat, I will argue that measuring protein is what you really want to measure to help fine tune your nitrogen management. Yield won't get you anything except tell you what you already know from how much you have dumped at the elevator. Again, with a protein map, you will learn where there is too little and too much nitrogen, yield can NOT do this.
