Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | You are correct, after my post I received the installation instructions for EZ-Boom in the Deere sprayers.
The rewiring involves removing the wire from the output side of the Deere switches and having the EZ-Boom attached there. That means that the EZ-Boom is in charge of the boom sections and the Deere switches would have no effect.
The Deere system still handles product control but the EZ-Boom can be wired to monitor the application rate also by teeing into the Deere flow meter.
