| Here is my part #2 to the question, when you pull out in the field to build your strips, your old rows are still there so you have a visual reference to center the shift track to and away you go. If you are pulling into a field to plant you have a visual reference from building strips to center the shift trak to and the next year you will have that row again to center the shift track to, and so on and so on. I am just asking the question and not advocating any system. If a grower has farms long distances from each other so one base station is not going to work. I do realize the RTK network is probably going to do nothing but grow so this will be a mute point in the future. I'm just bouncing the question in the air and looking for feedback. | |
