The Autoboom might not be the right choice, because it's cabling is for direct hook-up to Raven. If you wanted to do some re-wiring, then you should be able to make that work. Raven AccuBoom is probably a better choice, although a little more money.
You should have no trouble having the unit shut-off the NH3 ahead of time as that is a user setting.
