If using the TruCount system, why not T into the airlines to some sort of air actuated valve for the spray lines also. Air pressure is only applied to turn off the seeding. Might need more airtank capacity, but it would accomplish your desire without adding complexity to the electronics. I am a big fan of the KISS principle.
