We have done exactly what you desire in several setups. The entire system consists of the Insight display, the Seed Command module and harness as well as a Direct Command Liquid module and associated wiring.
The setback distance for the spray can be different from the seed if desired. Then the spray would shutoff slightly after the seed stopped. The seed sections and the spray sections can be the same size but this is not necessary. On a 24 row planter, the seed might be split up into 8 - three row sections, while the spray could be setup in 4 - six row sections if desired. This would save on some wiring/plumbing/On-Off Valves.
