My 9400 reel up/down is kinda slow, but not painfully slow. However, I have noticed if your swinging the unload auger or raising the head at the same time as the reel up/down the reel will act differently. Do you put the auger swing rocker switch in neutral after use? Could that system be causing trouble, still trying to cycle and making the reel act up? Just some thoughts.
