| I have been looking for a different feed grinder and I found a couple at a dealer I hope to go look at soon. One is a roller mill the other a hammer mill. My understanding has been that a roller mill is better if you don't want to make the feed into powder. For example if you only want cracked corn for cows. Did I understand correctly or is this a false statement. Is there any reason to pick one over the other? My goal is to make a little pig feed, some cow feed and some goat feed. The cow and goat I prefer to have cracked corn while the pig feed I would like it to be finer. Thanks guys for the help. | |
