cut an 8" hole about 20" off the floor, cut a hole in the concrete for a middle sump and stick an 8" auger tube in there at an angle so you can get your swing hopper auger under it with no universal joint. Cut another hole in the top of the tube next to the door to open it up when you unload. Don't worry about trap doors for either, leave them wide open. Get or fabricate a powerhead and put it on the end. Bolt a piece of strap iron over the sump in the middle with a sweep auger pin welded on it. get a sweep. I did two of these and used one auger screw/powerhead and one sweep auger. I use a hyd. motor to run the auger, electric for the sweep. Pictures if you want, it works very well.

Too expensive on an 18' bin to do anything else including putting in a false floor with todays sky high steel prices. .
