Harristown, IL | I have a 28 ft bin (no stirator). The landlord put hardware cloth around the motor of the sweep auger. It stays in the bin all the time. Out side edge of sweep sits on the latter and cord is wrapped around and tied to motor. Works great I just have to scoop enough to get the cord out the top door. A second sump is a great idea, if the door and take out is in the right position. Defiantly cut some of the safety screen off. I had problem with some corn trash plugging mine up. Took bolt cutters and cut a few of the bars off and no more problems. Or I'm doing a better job of combining. :)
